I feel you about liking broccoli. It is one of the few veggies my kids will eat, so it is on weekly or bi-weekly rotation in our household. But not liking Crossfit... :( And niceness doesn't exist? For reals?

Another win for broccoli! Woot woot. And I know, I know! I want to like CrossFit, if only out of respect for you, but it’s kinda steeped in white bro supremacist eugenic mentality and, here at least, they tend to be hardcore Bolsominions. But you def represent the best of what’s possible! And niceness? I believe we can be polite and/or sympathetic and/or empathetic and/or generous, etc. Niceness ends up being shorthand for that stuff and a term we use to indicate someone is easy to get along with. Do you think being nice is some unique/objective characteristic?
